Yemaya is a group of musicians from diverse backgrounds, united by their love of the vibrant, haunting sounds of Latin and jazz music. The group revisits emblematic standards with originality, energy and authenticity, while exploring a rich repertoire ranging from traditional salsa music to the Cuban sound.
Yemaya is first and foremost a group of passionate musicians who love to meet up, play together and share their universe with generosity. Inspired by legendary artists such as Mongo Santamaría, Juanito Valderrama and Miguel Matamoros, Yemaya brings an irresistible warmth to every performance.
