Orchestra Lagrandt and Tangram Chamber Choir present an interpretation of the Johannes-Passion inspired by 19th century revivals of the work. Using historical instruments of the romantic symphony orchestra, along with a choir and soloists inspired by historical singing styles, this concert will introduce you to sounds common in musical life then, but rarely heard today.
