The duo Renato Martins & Pierre Gillet is driven by a deep musical connection and a passion for exploration. Through the warm resonance of wood and strings, acoustic guitar, cajón, and udu (a ceramic percussion instrument of African origin), they reinterpret Brazilian musical traditions and jazz standards with sensitivity, groove, and spontaneity.
Joining them, Taitamuki weaves together the powerful musical and rhythmic traditions of Ecuador and Latin America, enriched with vibrant colors of jazz and improvisation. Their sound is both grounded and expansive, carrying audiences through energetic rhythms, richly textured melodies, and unexpected sonic landscapes.
Together, these artists create a unique musical journey—rooted in tradition, open to dialogue, and alive with rhythm and imagination.
