From his home on Englands south coast, ambient Indie-Folk artist Ollie Dixon creates beautiful, distinctive soundscapes, rich in limitless imagery and lyrical introspection which is pure musical escapism. This is explored further within Ollie's music videos, cover artwork and merchandise which depict the visual inspiration behind his music, the landscape, towns and coastlines he considers home.
Since first appearing on the scene in the early 2020s Ollie has continued to impress. His music is regularly featured on BBC Introducing in the South and West, placed on Spotify’s ‘New Music Friday’ and ‘Fresh Folk’ playlists and has been selected by Absolute Radio as their ‘Self Released Artist of the Month’.
In 2024 Ollie received the U.K. 
Arts Council 
backing for the creation of his latest EP ‘Rebirth’. The EPs 4th
 
single ‘Oceans’ releases with the EP on 6th November 2025 and follows
 
singles ‘Rebirth’, 'Byegone’ and
 
‘Solace’.
The EPs 3 prior singles have each been featured on 
BBC Introducing in the South West 
and 
BBC Radio
 
Devon
, included on ‘The A List’ new music playlists on 
Amazing Radio 
and
 
’Byegone’ reached number 2 in
 
the Amazing Radio New Music Chart. ‘Solace’ made the Amazing Radio and Future Hits Radio ‘A-list’ and
 
was selected by 
Fresh On The Net 
for their
 
Fresh Faves list. Solace reached number 12 in the 
Soundcloud
 
New & Hot: All genres chart 
and placed on multiple Soundcloud Trending and New Folk playlists and has
 
now received
 
over 515k+ plays to date on the Soundcloud platform.
Live Ollie is regularly touring across the U.K and Ireland. In October 2025 Ollie completed a Rebirth EP
 
launch tour performing in 5 U.K. cities across England including sold out headline
 
performances in Exeter,
 
Sheffield, London and Brighton. He regularly provides support slots for artists touring in the South and South
 
West including for notable international artists
 
Steph Strings, Max Pope and Jack Botts and has performed
 
for a number of the U.K. summer festivals including 
Boardmasters, Between the Trees 
and 
Oceanfes

is regularly
 
headlines shows for 
Sofar Sounds 
including shows in Bristol and Belfast.
Ollie Dixon's first European tour is taking place early 2026.
