About the ceremony:
On April 20th 2026, we will come together to watch the
Israeli-Palestinian Joint Memorial Ceremony
, to mourn and commemorate all those whose lives have been lost to war.
The Joint Memorial Ceremony, organized by
Combatants for Peace and The Parents Circle Families Forum
, is the largest Israeli-Palestinian jointly organized peace event in history. It provides a unique opportunity for Israelis and Palestinians to grieve together and stand strong in demanding an end to the occupation and violence.
While the ceremony is held in Israel-Palestine, we will be joining tens of thousands of people watching it live all around the globe in a call for peace.
Following the screening of the ceremony, there will be time for discussion led by peace activist, for all participants to share their thoughts and feelings with each other and process their experiences.
Practical details:
– The ceremony itself starts at 19:30 ECT (20/04/2026), so please make sure you arrive a few minutes early.
– Attendance to the event is free of charge, but we will appreciate donations to help cover costs of the event.

Over de ceremonie:
Op 20 april 2026 komen we samen om de
Israëlisch-Palestijnse Gezamenlijke Herdenkingsceremonie
te bekijken, om te rouwen en stil te staan bij iedereen die zijn of haar leven heeft verloren door oorlog.
De Gezamenlijke Herdenkingsceremonie, georganiseerd door
Combatants for Peace en The Parents Circle Families Forum
, is het grootste gezamenlijk georganiseerde Israëlisch-Palestijnse vredesevenement in de geschiedenis. Het biedt een unieke gelegenheid voor Israëliërs en Palestijnen om samen te rouwen en zich sterk te maken voor een einde aan de bezetting en het geweld.
Hoewel de ceremonie plaatsvindt in Israël-Palestina, sluiten wij ons aan bij tienduizenden mensen over de hele wereld die de ceremonie live volgen, in een gezamenlijke oproep tot vrede.
Na de vertoning van de ceremonie is er ruimte voor een gesprek, begeleid door een vredesactivist, waarin deelnemers hun gedachten en gevoelens met elkaar kunnen delen en hun ervaringen kunnen verwerken.
Praktische informatie:
-De ceremonie begint om 19:30 CET (20-04-2026), dus zorg dat je een paar minuten eerder aanwezig bent.
-Deelname aan het evenement is gratis, maar een donatie om de kosten te helpen dekken wordt zeer op prijs gesteld.
