Ornella Noulet (saxophone), Manolo Cabras (double bass) and Lara Humbert (piano) perform a wide range of compositions by the famous composer, pianist and arranger Carla Bley. An artist who has greatly influenced their personal worlds, and to whom they have decided to pay tribute.
Born in California in 1936, Carla Bley was hailed early on as a pioneer of the avant-garde.
She left behind an immense body of work, formidably served by the greatest improvisers of her time. A work open, in its freshness and proposals, to many inspirations.
