Saxophone player, improviser and composer alejandra borzyk gather the musical universes and sensitivities of Adèle Viret on cello, Benoît Quentin on doublebass and Diogo Alexandre on drums. The four musicians are brought together to collectively create an original repertoire built on the exploration and combination of both strings and saxophone extended techniques. With trance and meditation as the baseline for their music, the band dives into a blending of orchestral reminiscences, textural sounds, noise, a touch of granular synthesis and free improvisation, that opens up structures and leaves space for the unpredictable.
